Welcome to Prince Computer Max! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our digital marketing and development services. By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Services Provided :
Prince Computer Max offers the following digital solutions:
- Web Design & Development.
- App Development.
- Video Editing.
- Graphic Design.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Business Localization.
- Google My Business (GMB) Optimization.
- Social Media Marketing (SMM).
- Email Marketing.
- SMS Marketing.
- AI & Chatbot Development.
- Business Automation.
We strive to provide high-quality services tailored to each client's needs. Any custom service requirements must be discussed before the commencement of the project.
2. Payment Terms :
The total payment must be made in two parts: 60% of the payment is due before starting the project, and the remaining 40% must be paid upon completion and finalization of everything.

For subscription-based services, recurring payments will be charged as per the agreed-upon billing cycle.
3. Project Timelines :
Timelines for the project are discussed and agreed upon before initiation. Any delays caused by the client (e.g., late content submission, lack of response) may impact deadlines and the completion of services. Additional requests beyond the agreed scope may require an extra fee and an extended timeline. Typically, we take 28-48 days to complete each project, but this can vary based on the client's specific needs and requirements.
4. Revisions and Modifications :
We offer up to three revisions within three months for the selected service type. Additional modifications beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Major changes requested after project completion will require a new quote.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy :
- Orders can be canceled within 3 days of purchase to qualify for a full refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date of cancellation.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after 3 days of placing an order.
- In cases where significant work has already been completed within the 3-day period, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
6. Client Responsibilities :
- The client is responsible for providing all necessary materials, including images, text, videos, and branding assets required for the service.
- Delays in providing required materials may affect project completion timelines.
- The client must ensure that all submitted content complies with copyright laws and does not violate any third-party rights.
7. Intellectual Property Rights :
- All final project deliverables will be the property of the client upon full payment.
- Prince Computer Max reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.
- Any proprietary tools, software, or templates used in development remain the property of Prince Computer Max.
8. Limitation of Liability :
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- While we strive to maintain high-quality standards, we do not guarantee specific marketing or SEO results.
- We are not responsible for any third-party service interruptions (e.g., hosting downtime, payment gateway failures, social media platform restrictions).
9. Confidentiality & Privacy :
- We respect client confidentiality and will not share personal or business information with third parties without prior consent.
- Any confidential information shared during the project will be protected and used solely for project execution.
10. Governing Law :
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh . Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
11. Amendments & Updates :
Prince Computer Max reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes that may impact ongoing services.
